You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.

It is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. 

Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

Please note that wearing, washing, or removing labels from the item goes beyond what is considered necessary to inspect the goods and may result in a loss of value. 

Product Appearance 
Please note that colors, print placement, size, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and the print-on-demand production process. Minor variations do not constitute a product defect. 

Returns
Returned goods, where a right of withdrawal applies, must be sent back within 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. 

Return Shipping
You bear the direct return shipping costs in the event of a withdrawal.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at ocean@seablub.com and include photos of the issue whenever possible. 

Once the issue has been confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you. 

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• personalized or customized products

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for products made to the customer's individual specifications, such as products featuring a customer-provided name, text, or image. 

For standard products featuring designs provided by seablub, the statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
