You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.

Sending your withdrawal message before the 14-day deadline is sufficient.

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping (excluding shipping upgrades), within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment.
Refunds are made via the original payment method.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return. 

Please note that wearing, washing, or removing labels from the item goes beyond what is considered necessary to inspect the goods and may result in a loss of value. 

Returned goods, where a right of withdrawal applies, must be sent back within 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.
You bear the direct return shipping costs in the event of a withdrawal.

The return address depends on the production partner and will be provided by email after we receive your withdrawal notice. 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at ocean@seablub.com and we will be happy to find a suitable solution.
In this case, you will not be required to cover the return shipping costs.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• personalized or custom-made items, produced specifically according to your individual selection or specifications, and therefore not suitable for resale
• digital content once processing has begun with your express consent

Our products are made to order using print-on-demand production.For this reason, exchanges for a different size, color, or design are not offered unless the item is faulty or damaged.
